Profile

Rafael S.M. Ribeiro is Professor of Economics in the Faculty of Economics (Face) and the Center for Development and Regional Planning (Cedeplar) at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), Brazil. He is also the Coordinator of the INET/YSI Keynesian Economics Working Group. He was previously a research fellow in the Department of Economics at the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil.

His main research interests are in Kaleckian theories of growth and distribution, Kaldorian growth theory, trade, fiscal and monetary policy interactions, conflict inflation, dynamical systems, statistical and econometric models.
